I had a feeling this wedding would be something special.
The ceremony was at Rowan Oak, the house of William Faulkner in Oxford, Mississippi. I had seen pictures of the grounds, but it far surpassed what I was expecting. Katie would have been a stunning bride anywhere, but combining her beauty with the Faulkner property was almost too easy to photograph.
The reception was at a local bakery where she worked when she was a student at Ole Miss. They were surrounded by close family and friends, and the room was overflowing with laughter and love.
This was truly a special wedding, and I am so honored to have been there to capture it.
very awesome as always!
Congrats my Irish lady – I am very happy for you. I see that Mike, Chuck, & Andy chaperoned the festivities for you. I hope they sent my best wishes also. The pictures are absolutely wonderful. Good to see Sandy smiling so big also. Take care Cuzzz – hope we can meet at a Commiskey reunion some time soon.

You look so beautiful and happy. Love the pics and the place looked cozy and inviting and fun! I actually got teary when I saw the pic of you wiping your eye with the tissue. I wish you all the joy and love marriage can bring.
